My Services
With so many interiors images available these days on social media sites, such as Pinterest, Instagram, etc., it’s easy to get overwhelmed with the apparently limitless choice of colours, looks, and styles. But even if you do have an idea of the look you want, it can be difficult to pull it all together successfully. If this is your problem, then I can help.
I offer a bespoke service depending on your design dilemmas, your level of confidence and your budget.
Consultations
If you like to have a go yourself and have a fairly good idea of how you want your room to look and feel, but just need some reassurance that you are on the right track, or guidance on how to get there, then I can offer you a consultation either via an online video call or at your home. We can have a chat, discuss your ideas and I can make suggestions to help you deliver your vision.
Mood Boards
If you are unsure about where to begin, I can come to your home to chat through your likes, dislikes, how you use the space/room and what you want to achieve. If afterwards you feel you have a better idea of how to take things forward yourself, then we can leave it there or I can pull together a concept board and/or mood board for you to help you visualise your new room.
Finishes Boards
If the thought of choosing fabrics, paint colours, furniture, accessories, etc. scares you, then I can make suggestions for you to agree. I can present these on a finishes board so you can see how they all fit together and give you an idea of how they will look in your room.
Room plans
If you feel that the layout of your room doesn’t work, and you aren’t making the best use of your space, then I can prepare a furniture plan which considers both your room and furniture dimensions and traffic flows around the room.
Sourcing & Installation
Once your design has been finalised and your fabrics, colours and furniture chosen, if you don’t want to implement it all yourself, then I am happy source items, arrange contractors and project manage the transformation for you.
My pricing depends on the level of service you require but starts at £60 for a 1 hour online consultation and £120 for a 1.5 hour home consultation (Swindon and surrounding area). However, as a guide, if you want a consultation, design boards, fabric suggestions/shopping list, etc., then prices will be in the region of £250 to £300. For full service design, i.e. including sourcing and implementation, you will be looking at a price of £500 and upwards depending on the size of the project.
